Viewing Analytics & Performance​

Accessing the Dashboard:​

  • Go to the Dashboard from the left menu.
  • Select the desired date range at the top to filter data.
  • Optionally, use the filter button to narrow down by AI Agent/project.

Track Key Metrics:​

  • AI Responses Sent – Total messages sent by the AI Agent.
  • Avg. AI Messages per Conversation – Understand engagement depth.
  • Total Conversations – Number of chats handled.
  • Leads – Number of new leads captured by the AI Agent.
  • Sentiment Analysis – Positive vs. negative user feedback trends.
  • Daily Conversations – Breakdown of activity by day.

Tips:

  • Click “Add Widgets” to customize the dashboard.
