How does ChatMaven help me capture leads?​

Can I create a pre-chat form?​

Yes! You can prompt users to fill out a form before or during the chat.

🔧 How to Enable and Set Up a Lead Form​

To activate lead capture:​

  • Select your AI Agent (from the top left dropdown).
  • Go to Setup > Appearance from the left sidebar.
  • Click Agent Settings on the right panel.
  • Go to the Lead Form tab.
  • Toggle on “Lead Collection” to enable the form.

Customize the form:​

  • Choose when to show it (e.g., after 1 message or before chat).
  • Add and mark fields like Name, Email, Phone, and Message.
  • Edit button text, colors, and confirmation message.

Click Save.​

Now your AI Agent will start capturing leads via the form!
