Managing Conversations from the Chats Inboxโ€‹

The Chats section lets Admins and team members view all user conversations handled by the AI Agent. From here, you can monitor AI interactions, search conversations, and manually step in for live support if needed.

๐Ÿ” Accessing the Chats Inboxโ€‹

  • From the left sidebar, click on Chats.
  • Youโ€™ll see a list of all conversations initiated by users.
  • Use the Search bar (by name, phone, email) or date range filter at the top to find specific conversations.

๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿ’ผ Admin View & Human Takeoverโ€‹

  • Admins can view all conversations across agents and projects.
  • If a conversation requires human input, you can manually jump into the chat and respond to the user in real time.

๐Ÿ’ก Live Chat feature is available on paid plans only. Ensure your account is upgraded to enable human takeover.โ€‹

๐Ÿ” Conversation Controlsโ€‹

  • Click on a contact to view full conversation history on the right side.

You can:โ€‹

  • Continue the conversation manually
  • Assign it to another teammate (if applicable)
  • Mark the chat as resolved or follow up later
