Training Your AI Agent using Knowledge Base Tab​

1. Upload Files​

📁 Go to Knowledge Base > Files​

Drag and drop supported formats (PDF, DOCX, CSV, TXT, MP4, etc.) into the upload area.

2. Add from URLs​

🔗 Go to Knowledge Base > URLs​

Enter a webpage, site, YouTube link, or document URL. ChatMaven will extract and learn the content.

3. Manual Q&A​

📝 Go to Knowledge Base > Text/QnA​

Manually enter questions and answers to guide the AI's responses.
