Learn how to add content to your chatbot by uploading files. ChatMaven supports various file formats and provides powerful processing capabilities to extract and organize information from your documents.

Supported File Types

Document Formats

Size Limits

  • Individual file: 50MB
  • Total upload batch: 200MB

Uploading Files

Single File Upload

  1. Navigate to "Data Sources" → "File Upload"
  2. Click "Upload File" or drag and drop
  3. Select your file
  4. Add optional metadata:

  5. Click "Process File"

Bulk Upload
